Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on Puerto Vallarta dock logistics, enquire-to-book, and what we will not invent.
Frequently asked questions
Is Puerto Vallarta the same as Nuevo Vallarta?+
No. Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta are separate places with different logistics, drive times, and pickup realities. Your cruise call docks at Puerto Vallarta Terminal Marítima — plan each destination on its own.
Does the ship dock in Puerto Vallarta?+
Yes. Large cruise calls typically berth at Terminal Marítima on Muelles 1–3. Berth is named only when the official calendar lists it. Leave honest margin for pier exit and return security — we do not invent a numeric buffer.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Where is the ship schedule?+
ASIPONA Puerto Vallarta publishes tentative monthly cruise calendars. Our planner uses day-level rows extracted for the months published so far in 2026 — partial year coverage. Printed arrival and departure times yield usable hours ashore only as a planning estimate; calendars are tentative and subject to change. Find my cruise can use published 2026 rows when your date is listed, or manual hours otherwise.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
How do I contact you?+
Email hello@puertovallartashoreexcursion.com or use the enquire form. We do not publish a public phone number on this site.
